Max & Erma’s Brings All-New Look to Northeast Ohio with Thursday, Feb. 21 Grand Reopening of Middleburg Heights Restaurant

Who:		Midpark High School Band; local dignitaries and business leaders, including representatives of the Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce, Mayor’s office and fire department; and Max & Erma’s associates and management, including President Steve Weis.

What:		Rededication and reopening, following a major makeover. This is the first of three Northeast Ohio Max & Erma’s to be remodeled.

When:		Thursday, February 21, 6:00 p.m.

Background:
The restaurant was given a complete, inside-and-outside makeover that represents a significant investment in the local community. Area diners will enjoy Max & Erma’s fun, all-new look. But don’t worry—guests who love the admittedly kitschy décor that made Max & Erma’s famous won’t be disappointed. While the restaurant has been updated, there’s still plenty of fun memorabilia adorning the place.

The Akron restaurant is scheduled to be given a makeover this summer, with the Mentor location to be remodeled this fall.

Also on Feb. 21, Max & Erma’s in Middleburg Heights is holding a FUNdraiser for the Midpark High School Band. Supporters are asked to present their server with a FUNdrasier flyer. Max & Erma’s will donate 20 percent of the supporters’ purchases to the school. In addition, Max & Erma’s is making a donation to the city’s smoke detector program.
