B. Lynn Loewen Appointed to Emera Inc. Board of Directors

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Emera Inc. (EMA-TSX) announced today the appointment of B. Lynn Loewen, FCA, Chief Operating Officer of Minogue Medical Inc., to Emera’s Board of Directors.

Prior to her present role, Ms. Loewen served as President of Expertech Network Installation Inc., and held financial leadership roles with Bell Canada Enterprises, as well as executive positions with Air Canada Jazz. Ms. Loewen has served as a member of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board, where she served as Chair of the Audit and Governance Committees. She also served on the Mount Allison University Board of Regents, where she was Chair.
