Fitch Affirms and Withdraws All Ratings for Colonial Properties Trust

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed and withdrawn the Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) and issue ratings of Colonial Properties Trust (NYSE: CLP) and its operating partnership, Colonial Realty Limited Partnership.

Fitch has decided to discontinue the ratings, which are uncompensated.

Fitch affirms and withdraws the following ratings:

Colonial Properties Trust

--IDR at 'BB+'.

Colonial Realty Limited Partnership

--IDR at 'BB+';

--Unsecured revolving credit facilities at 'BB+';

--Senior unsecured term loans at 'BB+';

--Senior unsecured notes at 'BB+'.

The Rating Outlook was previously Positive.
