Cheeriodicals, based in Birmingham, Ala., presents a unique alternative in the on-line gifting industry. The concept, magazines and edibles delivered in a large green keepsake box tailored to the tastes of the recipient, is catching on as people look for alternatives to sending flowers, fruit or candy. The Cheeriodical (a cheerful periodical) brings cheer and entertainment to men, women, and children combining a keepsake gift box containing the gift recipient’s favorite magazines with carefully selected snacks in individual portions.
