StoneArch To Welcome 2013 With a “Red Eye Rebrand”

Health and medical marketing agency takes on 24-hour rebranding project for a local charity

MINNEAPOLIS--()--Minneapolis-based health and medical marketing agency StoneArch is pleased to announce the theme of its annual charitable giving initiative. This year’s campaign, titled “Red Eye Rebrand,” involves providing a selected local charity or nonprofit with leading creative and strategic resources to build its brand—all within a span of 24 hours.

StoneArch chose to pursue this initiative as a way to bring recognition to the smaller, often under-recognized charities that are doing notable work in the local community. The end result will be to brand and position the organization to maximize their awareness—and ideally, increase donations over time.

“We wanted to donate our talent in a way that can support the organization’s overall mission, support their brand and compel others to give,” explains Jessica Boden, president, StoneArch. “We are excited to be able to give a very worthy organization the branding to help it succeed.”

The efforts involved in this initiative may include, but are not limited to: building unique positioning and messaging, logo development, website redesign and custom photography, among others.

In early January, StoneArch will announce the three charities that will be in the running for the rebrand. The winning charity will be chosen through voting on the StoneArch website and social media. StoneArch clients will be invited to participate. In addition, each selected charity will be encouraged to solicit voting on their behalf. The charity with the highest percentage of voters when the voting is closed will be announced the winner. The runners-up will receive a $500 cash donation.

Voting begins on January 7 and concludes on January 15 at 12 p.m. The actual rebranding initiative will begin at 9 a.m. on January 17, 2013, and be completed the following morning.
