Lea Power Partners Successfully Completes Consent Solicitation

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lea Power Partners, LLC announced today that it has successfully completed the previously announced consent solicitation relating to its 6.595% Senior Secured Notes due 2033 (CUSIP Numbers: 521615AA2 and U51462AA4). The consent solicitation expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 19, 2012. The consent solicitation was made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Consent Solicitation Statement dated December 12, 2012.

Barclays Capital Inc. acted as the Solicitation Agent for the consent solicitation. Global Bondholder Service Corporation was the Tabulation Agent and Information Agent for the consent solicitation.
