Sypris Accelerates Payment of Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.02 Per Share

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR) today announced that its Board of Directors has revised the payment date for the Company’s previously declared regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 (two cents) per share. The dividend is now payable on December 28, 2012, rather than on the previously announced payment date of January 10, 2013. The dividend will still be distributed to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 20, 2012. Sypris Solutions currently has 20.1 million shares outstanding.
