MainSource Bank Completes Its Purchase of American Founders Bank Branch

GREENSBURG, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Daryl R. Tressler, President and CEO of MainSource Bank (NASDAQ: MSFG), announced its completion of the purchase of the American Founders Bank branch in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Through the purchase of this location, MainSource Bank has acquired approximately $35 million in deposits and $27 million in selected loans.
