California Companies' Leadership Still Largely a Boys' Club with Few Women at Top, UC Davis Study to Be Released

WHAT: University of California, Davis, Graduate School of Management releases its annual "UC Davis Study of California Women Business Leaders," finding that women occupy fewer than one in 10 executive and board positions in California's largest 400 publicly held companies—“The California 400.” The study shows a lack of gender or ethnic diversity in leadership at these companies.
