NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Select Income REIT (NYSE: SIR) today announced that it commenced a public offering of 6,000,000 common shares. SIR expects to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility. It is contemplated that the underwriters will also be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 common shares.
Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint book running managers for the offering. Citigroup, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are the joint lead managers. Janney Montgomery Scott and Oppenheimer & Co. are the co-managers.
