SEH Architecture Practice Expands with New Hire Terry A. Willis (AIA, LEED AP BD+C)

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SEH has hired Terry Willis as Senior Architect. Bringing experience in mixed-use development, public institutional projects and hospitality, Mr. Willis is a natural fit for the company’s Denver practice, which has a growing reputation for major mixed-use, transportation, school and hospitality projects in Colorado and Wyoming.

“Terry brings our team diverse experience on the kinds of leading edge, highly functional facilities that are our focus and meet the demands of our clients—primarily public agencies and institutions, but also private developers. We see Terry adding great value to our existing projects and future opportunities”

Mr. Willis comes to SEH from 4240 Architecture, where he was Associate Principal and Denver Studio Manager. His past projects include the Asian Development Bank headquarters in Manila, the U.S. Air Force Academy Cadet Area master plan, the Metropolitan Gardens Transit-Oriented Development in Denver, the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder and the East 29th Avenue Town Center at Stapleton.

“Terry brings our team diverse experience on the kinds of leading edge, highly functional facilities that are our focus and meet the demands of our clients—primarily public agencies and institutions, but also private developers. We see Terry adding great value to our existing projects and future opportunities,” said Jeff Pedersen (AIA), SEH’s Director of Architecture for the Western Region.

SEH’s Denver architecture practice is currently working on a major mixed-use transit-oriented development in Boulder for the Regional Transportation District, a hotel redevelopment near the University of Colorado campus in Boulder and an aquatic center for Green River High School in Green River, Wyoming.
